Forklift battery chargers are shipped in a cardboard box. The box is made of durable, double-walled corrugated cardboard and sealed to protect against dust and moisture. The charger is securely packed and cushioned with foam and shock-absorbing material. The box also contains a detailed user manual and mounting hardware.
For shipping, the box is shrink-wrapped and placed on a pallet. The pallet is secured with straps and protected with shrink wrap. The pallet is then covered with a weatherproof plastic sheet and secured with more straps.
The pallet is then loaded onto a truck for delivery. The truck driver is responsible for delivering the charger to its destination. The driver will unload the pallet and remove the shrink wrap and plastic sheet before handing the package to the customer.
